
Nowadays, a lot of people get sick. Some are due to virus, food eaten or environment. But doctors have also established the fact that stress is also a major cause of disease. I totally agree, which is why I don’t entertain negative energies. If confronted with stress, I totally ignore or be passive about it. Here is my list of stressful things to avoid.
1 . Traffic- Avoid traffic, leave early.
2. Piled Up Bills- Don’t over swipe your credit card. Be a responsible user.
3. Negative Comments- Make it a constructive comment. Don’t let it affect you.
4. Late Employees- Don’t mind them if they are late. They’re the ones deducted by the minute anyway.
5. Broken Promises- If somebody promises to come to your event and completely forgets about it, don’t let it ruin your day. It’s their loss not yours.
These are just a few. I’m sure are even better things to do to avoid stress, but somehow these are based on my experience and I kinda live with it.
